In the code below, replace these two values with your own:

YOUR_FIRM_NAME_HERE — your name or your firm's name (shown to buyers when they connect)
Step 2 — Copy the embed code
Paste this anywhere in your website's HTML where you want the widget to appear. The whole widget — styles, questions, scoring, lead capture — is in this one snippet. Nothing else needs to be installed.
Step 3 — Test it
After pasting the code on your site, visit the page and complete the thirteen questions yourself. When you click "Connect with me about my readiness," your default email client will open with the lead pre-filled and addressed to you. Send it to yourself once to confirm everything works.
